Ah!! this is my first blog so I thought it has to be special(atleast for me). I always believed blogs were for the clebreties or for those corporate biggies until I stumbled upon some very amazing ones by some very regular people like me. Reading those made me write one too.
That's not the sole reason of me writing , having nothing to do at all the entire day drove me to it. Atleast it's better than brooding over crappy engineering exam results and waiting for more shocking ones to come your way. Trust me it's very disheartening ( i guess many people have gone through this, everyone isn't Chetan Bhagat ) not to get into the iits or even the college you intended to go after two years (now completely wasted) of being shut up in your room with just physics , maths and chemistry books for company.Phew!! I am so glad I'm past that stage of my life.
Right now I'm focusing on things I missed out in those years - swimming , writing and reading. How good it feels to be in the pool ,having nothing to worry about (atleast for the next two months, that's when i begin with college) or getting to read something apart from your texbooks(my mom made sure that I did'nt get anyothe book for two years).I even read the twilight ,something I was'nt very keen to read ,on the insistence of almost all my friends. They assured it to be even more gripping than the Harry potter , but I don't think so , for me Rowling rules!! I suppose vampires falling in love just don't appeal me much or maybe watching the movie first spoilt the fun of reading.
Now I gotta go and watch Rajneeti, hope it turns out to be good:-)
Cheers!!!
